How EthinX handles your information.

What we collect

When you submit a brief or inquiry, EthinX collects the contact, business, campaign, asset and payment-reference information needed to assess, produce and deliver the work.

Why we use it

We use it to respond in writing, verify an order, produce requested content, prevent misuse, keep business records and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, database, email, SMS, automation and payment providers where necessary. PayPal handles payment details under its own privacy terms; EthinX records only the order and verification references it needs.

Storage and protection

Access is restricted to authorised operations. Information is retained only while needed for delivery, records, disputes, security or legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified where practical.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information EthinX holds about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern by emailing [email protected]. EthinX will respond in writing.
